VeriTraxTM is designed for the lending industry that provides capital to the cattle producer,
Feeder / Finisher and/or Investor Feeder. It is a centralized location and collateral tracking system. It provides the ability
to:

Download inspection database.

Scan & verify cattle on location in real-time.
|
|
|
Upload, store, and view inspection reports on centralized (Internet)
database.

VeriTraxTM consists of an online web-based storage system and a PC-based software analysis
component. From the online system the Lender can:

Create inspection requests.
|
|
|
View borrower/owner list (institution / organization
specific).
|
|
|
View owner specific cattle records (All cattle on record per lien
holder).
|
|
|
View uploaded inspection reports (remotely viewable by authorized
personnel).
|
|
|
Use “Pre-Records” method for ordering tags.
|
|
|
From the PC Software component the Inspector can:

|
Download inspection file from web database.
|
|
Scan & verify cattle against the downloaded dataset at the
feedlot.
|
|
View in real-time, number of animals scanned and number
verified.
|
|
Scan / verify multiple owners and multiple pens in one or
more feedlots during the same
day.
|
|
Save results locally and for upload to the centralized
database.

The VeriTraxTM database is a portal into the Trax system. It is a 24/7 centralized database accessible from the web.
VeriTraxTM security is ID and Password protected. The system has multiple levels of security available. It can grant or deny access to any field of data for editing and viewing based on prior authorization.
