Information stored in the Trax® database
is protected by using secure usernames and passwords to access
data, by placing the database behind an advanced firewall, and by
using nightly backups and storing the backups offsite.

APEIS shall restore any data

The only requirement to use any of
the Trax® Systems is
Internet access from a PC computer (It doesn't even need to be
yours). A handheld PDA with TraxLink® software can be
used for collecting information but is not required as web-based
data entry is possible. A PC with Internet access or phone line
and PDA modem is required to upload any information
collected by a PDA to the database. A computer with Internet
access and a web browser is required to view, download, and print data that has been uploaded.

What is the difference between Full Duplex
chips/tags and Half Duplex? |

Full duplex chips/tags simply reflect the signal
sent by the reader, while half duplex chips/tags actually capture
the power of the signal and use it to send a signal back to the
reader.
